AIR QUALITY SAMPLES
The most important issue, for most, is whether mold spores are present in the air, and whether or not occupants are breathing toxic or harmful spores. Testing the air allows Absolute to identify any airborne spores or particles.
SURFACE SWAB SAMPLES
Where mold is visible, Absolute Assessor will take swab samples to identify the type of mold, and whether the species is toxic.
THERMAL IMAGING
A thermal imaging can detect subtle temperature difference and patterns that reveal the existence of water. Also, may use to find Water leaks and the damages they’ve caused.
HUMIDITY READINGS
Many structure issues are caused by high humidity levels. With state-of-the art equipment, Absolute inspect the indoor environment for high level of humidity and if it is determined to be the cause of mold growth, we can make the proper recommendation
MOISTURE READING
Utilizing moisture meters, we can easily detect the saturation levels of surfaces such as walls, ceilings and flooring, to help determinate certain causes of moisture, and areas that need to be addressed with drying equipment
CERTIFIED LAB REPORTING
Every inspection includes a report from a 3rd party state certified environmental laboratory. Included in the report is an easy to read, fully detailed analysis breakdown of the samples taken on site at the time of assessment. Also our report and recommendations.
